The new group room comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. It is located down in Mountain Meadows and is a modular home on a foundation. It is a two bedroom with a bonus room and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with mounted TV and closet. The second bedroom has a King-sized bed with a mounted TV, closet, and bathroom suite with a large garden tub. The bonus room has a twin and roll-a-way cot bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper bed. The garage has a ping-pong table and a foosball table. There is a nice, large, covered porch out the back of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 8 people. The kitchen has full-sized appliances. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large backyard has plenty of room for group gatherings and yard games! It's the perfect place for a large family, friends, or fishing buddies to stay!

Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the first nights rate. If you give more than 48 hours notice there will be no cancellation charge. For reservations of 3 or more rooms we require 7 days notice, otherwise will be charged the first nights rate per room.

No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation.

Pet Policy: We do have a couple of pet rooms. Please call to find out availability. Price for a pet room is and additional $35/night for cleaning. We do not allow pets in any of our other rooms. Pets in a non-pet room will result in a $100 minimum fee or any extra charge depending on condition of room.

Smoking Policy: Our rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
