This group suite trailer has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has one Queen bed. There is also a sofa-sleeper in the living room. This group trailer can sleep 8 people comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen for 8 people including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Has an outside covered deck with BBQ. This is a great rental option for a family or a group of friends.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the first nights rate. If you give more than 48 hours notice there will be no cancellation charge. For reservations of 3 or more rooms we require 7 days notice, otherwise will be charged the first nights rate per room.
No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
Pet Policy: We do have a couple of pet rooms. Please call to find out availability. Price for a pet room is and additional $35/night for cleaning. We do not allow pets in any of our other rooms. Pets in a non-pet room will result in a $100 minimum fee or any extra charge depending on condition of room.
Smoking Policy: Our rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
